Description of problem:
Cannot add Ansible Repo to CFME, even after adding URL "Add" button remains disabled. See video attached.

Believe 100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1.Enable Embedded Ansible Role
2.Add Repository
3.

Actual results:
Cannot add repository.

Expected results:
Should be able to add repository.
