Description Bradley Childs 2018-09-21 16:15:23 UTC
Description of problem: A flex volume plugin can't opt-out of a recursive fsgroup change on the mount.. This can be problematic for shared file systems.

Comment 2 Matthew Wong 2018-09-21 16:25:52 UTC
PR opened: https://github.com/openshift/origin/pull/21070

@Brad we will want this in origin master branch too right, for 4.0?

Comment 4 Jianwei Hou 2018-09-27 10:54:50 UTC
Tested that the capabilities.fsGroup is supported in flex volume driver call.
