 Provide the playbook for end to end deployment of rhhi which will be using gluster-ansible and ovirt-ansible-hosted-engine-setup roles.

Tested with gluster-ansible-roles-1.0.3-1.

The ansible end-to-end deployment is done after installing the required roles and using the playbook
