Description of problem:
When I create Orchestration Template for Azure and try to order its service catalog, I get an error that Tenant is required. default value isn't accepted.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
5.10.0.16

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. create orchestration template for azure 
2. add catalog and catalog item
3. try to order just created catalog item

Actual results:
error that Tenant required
