Description of problem:
Openshift roles must include OS::TripleO::Services::Rhsm service

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Check /usr/share/openstack-tripleo-heat-templates/roles/OpenShift*.yaml


Actual results:
OS::TripleO::Services::Rhsm service is not included hence so the nodes cannot be registered to Sat/CDN

Expected results:
Rhsm service is included in the roles definition so the nodes can get registered to Sat/CDN.
