Description of problem:
Can't add storage domain with empty comment.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
ovirt-engine-4.2.7.1-0.1.el7ev.noarch

How reproducible: always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. try to add new data nfs storage domain
2. fill in only proper DC, host, name and export path
3.

Actual results: 
Error while executing action:

    may not be null
    Attribute: privateStorageDomain.comment


Expected results: no error, storage is added


Additional info:
No error in engine logs
Description is OK, only empty comment causes this error.

Storage domain creation via Webadmin without a comment works as expected. Tested iscsi and NFS.
