we need support for ceph FS in ceph metrics. [ceph metrics will be part of ceph dashboard in rhcs 3.2]

@Ken, this bz implements 3.2 trello card feature. We have plans to test this in 3.2. So, I am moving this to ON_QA to make sure we test it.
