FEDORA-EPEL-2019-f689791dbb has been submitted as an update to Fedora EPEL 7. https://bodhi.fedoraproject.org/updates/FEDORA-EPEL-2019-f689791dbb

Comment 3 Charalampos Stratakis 2019-12-03 00:21:37 UTC
Updated to the latest version of the 3 series since an update to the 4 series requires also a rebase of rb_libtorrent. The runtime python requirement has changed to python3 as well, which is in the main repos since rhel/centos 7.7. Please test it and provide feedback at the bodhi update.
