Description of problem:
More and more deployments mix SRIOV and OVS-DPDK on the same compute node.

In addition of the existing roles "ComputeOvsDpdk" and "ComputeSriov", it would be useful to add a new role mixing the 2, so we don't have to create it as a custom role for every deployment.
