Verification is based on attachment 1546453 [details] and comment 26 due to problem with tooling described in comment 25.
Steps for configuring https in Web Admin are complete and I was able to configure https in my setup correctly based on these steps.
Configuration of https is automated in CI via ansible [1] and used in automated tests.
