Description of problem:
Add an important note in docs that cluster names are not supported only default name ceph is supported.

Please mention also not to use the option:
cluster: ceph" in ceph ansible all.yml file which creates cluster names other than default ceph.

I think we should add it to our installation guide.

Level setting the severity of this defect to "High" with a bulk update. Pls
refine it to a more closure value, as defined by the severity definition in
https://bugzilla.redhat.com/page.cgi?id=fields.html#bug_severity
