This one is related to a bug in upstream upgrade_tasks for Ironic. It's already fixed there but we need a backport. We'll also preventatively backport a similar xinetd related fix which would show up after we fixed the error we see now. The patches are merged in master, backports need reviews. Moving this to ON_QA as fix is in 2018-1-07.02 puddle (if not earlier). Since the problem described in this bug report should be resolved in a recent advisory, it has been closed with a resolution of ERRATA.
