Description of problem:
We are running into an issue where a report + widget are created by the super admin. We then add that to a user facing dashboard. Once added, we manually kick off the generate widget content. We receive a report that it has been generated for 3 views. However, when switching groups, the content shows it was never generated and no data is available.

We are trying to get more visibility into the VMs that have retirement dates set and which VMs will retire the soonest. Doing this with a user facing widget and report is one step in that direction. This provides a great deal of value to our delivery teams and customers.

      We do not have a restored db from the customer due to the size of their environment. I can facilitate a remote session with the customer if needed. Thanks.

I have already made a request for the customer to send us a video and the logs. We are still waiting on customer.
