Description of problem:
When choosing a date from the little calendar, date is not set to the field. User needs to choose date a second time for the field to be updated.

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a scatalog item using the attachment comment#5

2. Order the service by clicking on order button

3. Select any date from the calendar icon

4. Date won't change

5. Select any date again, this time the date would change


Reproducer details:

Please retest with 5.9.5 and report results.

Retested on 5.9.5.1 , issue is reproducible

Fix for this bug is simply a matter of backporting the following PR
into gaprindashvili:

    https://github.com/ManageIQ/ui-components/pull/341

I verified, that with this fix in place, things start to work
correctly in gaprindashvili.

I'm moving this over to Erik.
