Steps to Reproduce: 1. Login To the CFME 2. Navigate to Networks -> Network routers 3. Configuration -> Add new router 4. Fill all required fields 5. Click Add Actual results: "Unable to create Network Router "new_router": {"NeutronError": {"message": "Quota exceeded for resources: ['router'].", "type": "OverQuota", "detail": ""}}" Expected results: Some more readable message. For example: "Unable to create Network Router "new_router". Quota exceeded for resources: maximum number of Network Routers is 10."
