Description of problem:
Trying to update Controller show it use the default repositoryregistry.access.redhat.com/, and default tag 'latest'

The containers-prepare-parameter.yaml file (generated by update prepare command
 use the build tag 'tag: 2018-10-08.4' and the tlv mirror
