Description Parikshith 2018-10-12 08:32:29 UTC
Description of problem:
By taking over management from ceph-disk to ceph-volume based osds, it disables all ceph-disk systemd units used to trigger devices at startup, relying on basic (customizable) JSON configuration and systemd for starting up OSDs.

Should include steps related:

Scan: the running OSD or the data device
Activate: the scanned OSD

This should be preferably added in admin doc.
