Hosts: app1.dev.t.it.bzwbk Play: Drain and upgrade nodes Task: Approve the node Message: [0;31mCould not find csr for nodes: app1.example.com Version-Release number of the following components: rpm -q openshift-ansible rpm -q ansible ansible --version How reproducible: Steps to Reproduce: 1. Upgrade env from 3.9 to 3.10 2. 3. Actual results: Fails everytime. Expected results: should suceed Additional info: Please attach logs from ansible-playbook with the -vvv flag
