Description of problem:

The maintainer for fmt has been non-responsive for over half a year.  For example, 1465701 was opened in early July 2017; never received a response; over 2 comments has been posted in the same bug asking for an updated package in Sep 2018 and Oct 2018, still no response so far. and his last login in FAS was Feb 2018.
