Click Device -> export Partition Table. Actual results: Unable to create io-slave. Can not create socket for launching io-slave for protocol 'file'. Select file dialog without any files. Expected results: Dialog to select files with files.

As a workaround I start partitionmanager with sudo.
Actual PartitionManager way to get root authorization is buggy, upstream is developing a new way to do that, but it's still not released. I've reported the problem upstream, reference https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=399790
This message is a reminder that Fedora 28 is nearing its end of life. On 2019-May-28 Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 28. This will soon be fixed by the upcoming kde-partitionmanager 4.0.0. Moving to F30 for the moment.
