Description of problem:


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

The editres utility no longer scrolls vertically so only a very small portion of the widget tree is accessible 
Works ok on RH6.7. Though running it remotely from a RH6 machine but displaying on a RH7 machine also shows the same problem

Below is the setup on RH7 machine
