Rebase libvirt in cnv-libvirt to 4.5.0 and update the underlying container image.

This is needed for errata.

Martin I assume you want this targeted to 1.3 (let me know otherwise).

This is probably not needed anymore as I see your errata has all the images underneath it, right?  So can I close this?  Do I understand correctly that errata is not needed for each component?

We'll have a single errata for all images.
I am OK to attach to the errata this BZ as well, or we can close it.

No need for this bug anymore.  It was needed for errata creation which will not be created, so... Closing.
