Final release critera has: "A Package spin-kickstarts package which contains the exact kickstart files used to build the release must be present in the release repository. The included kickstarts must define the correct set of release repositories. "
Proposed as a Blocker for 29-final by Fedora user kevin using the blocker tracking app because: See justification in first comment.

We might be looking at a different criteria pages, or I'm blind :) I see: "At the time of the release, the fedora-kickstarts git repository must have a tag matching the commit used to produce the accepted release candidate compose. The tag's name must clearly and unambiguously match the release number." https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/Fedora_29_Final_Release_Criteria#Kickstarts We've replaced the old criterion with the new one after a discussion in June, see https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/thread/X4YKEUQYAKLRGEPDJOOIMZNJZMM23CMU/ and in particular https://lists.fedoraproject.org/archives/list/devel@lists.fedoraproject.org/message/TYO75UEQZI4O4VLWZ7L4A46CVZASDCPY/ +1 FE of course, but blocker should now be unnecessary
Ah, indeed. -1 blocker, +1 FE in that case.
The package is installable and provides the set of spin kickstarts. Verified.
It seems that people have been looking at older criteria. So I'm removing the blocker nomination, but keeping the FE one.
Weird. I thought we removed the criteria, but then I looked and saw it there. I must somehow have hit a eariler set or something. :( Sorry for the noise...

Discussed during the 2018-10-22 blocker review meeting: [1] The decision to classify this bug as an AcceptedFreezeException was made: "This bug has been noted to be a "nice-to-have" fix, so we accept it as an AcceptedFreezeException. It is also noted that the original blocker classification of this bug was based on old criteria, and as such no longer qualifies as a blocker."
