The impact is simple.

The Block Storage service allows you to migrate volumes between hosts or back ends.
to:
The Block Storage service allows you to migrate volumes between hosts or back ends within and across availability zones (AZ).

Content strategy plan indicates limited doc impact. 
In the future we may want to provide some examples, and revisit the availability zone discussion in general.
