Description of problem:

gr-osmosdr have dependency on libuhd.so.003, while the actual lib is called: /usr/lib64/libuhd.so.3

Error: 
 Problem: package gqrx-2.11.5-4.fc29.x86_64 requires libgnuradio-osmosdr-0.1.5git.so.0.0.0()(64bit), but none of the providers can be installed
  - conflicting requests
  - nothing provides libuhd.so.003()(64bit) needed by gr-osmosdr-0.1.4-11.20170221git2a2236cc.fc29.x86_64


Expected results:
Installed:

  gr-osmosdr-0.1.4-11.20170221git2a2236cc
  gqrx-2.11.5-4.fc29.x86_64

I tried different workarounds. re-installing/Updating gnuradio, uhd, gr-osmosdr, etc.
