Description of problem:
For RHCS Dashboard, integrate the Cephmetrics dashboards (Grafana) into the Ceph Dashboard, which includes integration of Prometheus, Grafana.

Note: Performance monitoring is provided via the Prometheus + Grafana integration, and this feature would be enabled during the deployment (installer).
