Description of problem:
Can't enter IPv6 address at the Host Name field of the Provider UI settings

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
4.2.7.4-0.0.master.20181019132815.gita2f17bd.el7

How reproducible:
100%

Steps to Reproduce:
1. At the UI, go to Administration | Providers
2. Edit ovirt-provider-ovn
3. Enter ipv6 address into the Host Name field and click Ok

Actual results:
UI should accept and close the edit window

Expected results:
UI does not accept, the field mark with red, the window does not close

We recommend customers to use fqdn, which is ipv6-resolvable instead of typing in the ipv6 address, which is also unlikely to show in the provider certificate.
