Doc Text:	This enhancement adds the `RabbitAdditionalErlArgs` parameter to the Erlang VM, which allows you to define custom arguments for the VM. The default argument is `+sbwt none`, which instructs the Erlang threads to go to sleep if no additional operations are required. Current version of openstack-tripleo-heat-templates dosent allow to provide custom parameters for RabbitMQ.
It was addressed in https://github.com/openstack/tripleo-heat-templates/commit/5018fa8215a2b1ddb709c6f8e8f7119d295f7652
