OpenEXR 2.3.0 has a memory leak in ThreadPool in IlmBase/IlmThread/IlmThreadPool.cpp, as demonstrated by exrmultiview. A specially crafted file could cause the application to crash. Upstream issue: https://github.com/openexr/openexr/issues/350
