Horizon Error
Description of problem:
When resizing or migrating a VM via Horizon, the final step in the process is to click 'Confirm' in the web UI. Clicking 'Confirm' visibly refreshes the UI, but the 'Confirm' button is still there.
Actual results:
If you immediately click it again because you thought that your first click was missed, Horizon fails and displays whole-page error output (attached).
Expected results:
The confirm button should get inactivated to not allow the user to click it again after once clicked on it the first time.
Additional info:
It seems to be related to this upstream:
https://bugs.launchpad.net/horizon/+bug/1433849
Is it a regression?

Hey guys,
After this patch, we're still getting the same error:
Exception Type: Conflict at /admin/instances/
Exception Value: Cannot 'confirmResize' instance 98798a48-f6f3-446c-82be-76e07080e1cb while it is in vm_state active (HTTP 409) (Request-ID: req-873867a7-a45c-4e6b-a5f8-77427af1201d)
The patch linked here is applied:
$ grep shortcuts /usr/share/openstack-dashboard/openstack_dashboard/dashboards/project/instances/tables.py
from django import shortcuts
return shortcuts.redirect(request.get_full_path())
return shortcuts.redirect(request.get_full_path())
This matches the changes seen here:
