New Containers Provider form

Description of problem:
When I try to add KubeVirt provider, Validate button in Virtualization tab do nothing and "Add" button remains disabled.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
Tested on Sprout downstream-510z - 5.10.0.21

How reproducible:

Steps to Reproduce:
1. go to Compute -> Containers -> Providers
2. click on Configuration -> Add a new Containers Provider
3.
 a) select Type -> OpenShift Container Platform
 b) Virtualization -> KubeVirt (tab Endpoint -> Virtualization appears)
4.

Tab Default: Fill all inputs (I'm using SSL without validation), see screenshot
Click on Validate.
When successful, click on tab Virtualization

Fill Token and click Validate -> no response

Actual results:
On downstream, it returns "Crendential validation was successful" on Default tab, but no response on Virtualization tab and Add button is disabled, so it's not possible to add provider.

On upstream, when I click Validate on Default tab and I don't fill Token in Virtualization tab, it returns "Credential validation was successful" for less than 1 second and then it disappears and replaces token with some value stored in browser. Virtualization tab doesn't validate at all in the same way as downstream

Expected results:
Validation works and Add button becomes enabled
