Description of problem:
The the last update, the lightning module and the welcome screen of thunderbird are only shown in English. The rest of the program are running in the native language.

Yes, it is most likely dupe of bug 1626827. This should be fixed by 60.3 version, please check if it helped and let us know if problem stays.
