Description of problem:
If Hosted Engine with Gluster is deployed via cockpit on a single host, the pre-filled value for "Mount Options" in step 4 of "Hosted Engine Deployment" are not working. The wrong value is something like "backup-volfile-servers=:".

1. Deploy Gluster and Hosted Engine via cockpit
2. Proceed with default "Mount Options" in step 4 of "Hosted Engine Deployment"
3.

Actual results:
The wizard shows error "Deployment failed", no logfiles created.
In internet browser developer options console the information is

app.js:11 Execution of /usr/share/ovirt-hosted-engine-setup/ansible/create_storage_domain.yml failed to complete.
app.js:11 File /var/lib/ovirt-hosted-engine-setup/cockpit/ansibleVarFilevzheh2.var deleted.

Expected results:
Hosted engine deployment completes successfully.

Additional info:
As a workaround, the pre-filled values of "Mount Options" can be deleted.
