Description Sébastien Han 2018-10-31 16:47:18 UTC
Description of problem:

ceph-volume zap --destroy used with an LV only zero's out the LV and don't remove it.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. call out ceph-volume lvm zap --destroy on an LV
2. the LV still exists

Actual results:

After zap the LV is still present

Expected results:

After zap the LV is absent
