Description of problem:

Tested on online-stg cluster:
https://console.online-stg.openshift.com/console/
https://api.online-stg.openshift.com

Please update `redhat-openjdk18-openshift` and `java` ImageStreams to the latest availabe openjdk image. 

This's fairly critical as the latest version contains a bunch of OpenJDK CVEs.

Current image on online-stg:
