Describe the issue: Some components of openshift can't function because images for power can't / have not yet been built. These images include: 

    efs-provisioner
    jenkins-slave-maven-rhel7
    jenkins-slave-nodejs-rhel7
    logging-auth-proxy
    metrics-cassandra
    metrics-hawkular-metrics
    metrics-schema-installer

Because of this the following features don't / can't be expected to work with OCP on Power.

Suggestions for improvement: 

Denote the lack of functionality with Power as the deployed architecture.
