This is not a real CVE. The C++ name mangling structure allows for infinite recursion. Thus it is always possible to construct a mangled C++ name that will recurse so much that available stack space is exhausted. The GCC project is very unlikely to change this feature, and since no real world mangled C++ name will ever recurse so much as to trigger the problem, fixing it is not seen as a priority.
