Description of problem:

the openstack-opendaylight-container image has both java and java-headless installed in it.  We only need/want java-headless installed.


Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):

openstack-opendaylight-container-13.0-62
opendaylight-8.3.0-3.el7ost
leveldbjni-1.8-15.7.el7ost


How reproducible:

Always


Steps to Reproduce:
1. enable rhel, and osp content sets
2. yum install -y java-1.8.0-headless
3. yum install opendaylight 
4. grep output for java

Actual results:

 java-11-openjdk        x86_64 1:11.0.ea.28-7.el7 rhelosp-rhel-7.6-server 189 k
 java-11-openjdk-headless


Expected results:

No java is proposed for being installed

installing java as well as java-headless installs an extra 13 MB of rpms in the container image.

Easy verification

yum install leveldbjni-all
should not install or require java to be installed only java-headless

As per depreciation notice [1], closing this bug. Please reopen if relevant for RHOSP13, as this is the only version shipping ODL.
