Hideshi - we can't use optional packages so yes the suggestion to deploy without rhel-7-server-optional-rpms is correct.

Hideshi,

We are actively building the support for whole disk with uefi automation. 
It will have regression jobs going forward once this initial work is complete.
As soon as the work is complete we will mark it VERIFIED

Hideshi - just to confirm, yes this fix is in 13z4 which has been released.  The verification was not completed when 13z4 was released, the testing is in progress and Mike will  move this bug to VERIFIED when complete.

This has been tested in virtual environment and worked successfully.

efi firmware is present as seen in example node:
