Description of problem:

RGW Multisite in ceph-ansible is an RFE for RHCS 3.2 (https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1571829). 

There needs to be documentation on how to setup RGW Multisite with the ceph-ansible playbooks and on the necessary networking prerequisites between ceph clusters.
