Screenshot of the sensor plugin applet and its settings

Description of problem:
When sensor-plugin applet is added to the vertically oriented xfce4-panel, the displayed text is rotated 90 degrees instead of being displayed horizontally as all other applets do.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable):
xfce4-panel-4.13.3-20.fc29.x86_64

How reproducible:
100 %

Steps to Reproduce:
1. install xfce
2. create a vertical panel (or set up an existing one to be vertical)
3. right click on the panel -> Panel -> Add new items -> Sensor plugin

Actual results:
the newly added applet has text rotated 90 degrees

Expected results:
The text should be horizontal

OK, upstream thinks this is not a bug, but rather a feature. A new "Deskbar" panel orientation has been added (meaning vertical with horizontally oriented texts), while the old "Vertical" means "rotated by 90°" (at least partially - the icons are not rotated, but for example the virtual desktops are reordered).

Closing for now as NOTABUG.
