Description of problem: I installed irssi and irc-otr packages but when trying to use otr by using `/load otr` in irssi, I get the error message "otr/otr is ABI version 7 but Irssi is version 13, cannot load" Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): irssi-1.1.1-1.fc28.x86_64, irc-otr-1.0.2-5.fc28.x86_64 How reproducible: reproducible Steps to Reproduce: 1. install irssi and irc-otr 2. launch irssi 3.
