Description of problem:

A new version of libgtop2 that comes with RHEL7.6 breaks MATE desktop packages.

How reproducible:
Every time.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install RHEL7.6
2. Try to install MATE desktop from EPEL with yum.
3. Install fails due to dependen

Actual results:
Install fails due to several packages for mate-desktop. i.e marco requires libgtop-2.0.so.10

Expected results:
Installation of the MATE desktop environment.

RHEL7.5 libgtop2-2.34.2-2.el7.x86_64 has /usr/lib64/libgtop-2.0.so.10
RHEL7.6 libgtop2-2.38.0-3.el7.x86_64 has /usr/lib64/libgtop-2.0.so.11

We use the MATE desktop enviroment for remote desktop access to some of our computers and this bug creates a problem for us.
