Description of problem: When installing deja-dup on silverblue 29 or a fedora 29 container the reported version is "deja-dup-38.0-3.fc29.x86_64". However, when running deja-dup --version it is reported to be 37.1 Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 38.0-3 How reproducible: Easily Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install deja-dup in either silverblue 29 or F29 container. 2. Check rpm verion "rpm -q deja-dup" 3. Check software reported value "deja-dup --version" 4. You will see a mismatch Actual results: $ rpm -q deja-dup deja-dup-38.0-3.fc29.x86_64 $ deja-dup --version deja-dup 37.1 Expected results: $ rpm -q deja-dup deja-dup-38.0-3.fc29.x86_64 $ deja-dup --version deja-dup 38.0-3 Additional info: See: https://pagure.io/teamsilverblue/issue/54
Note: This relates to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1626898, since it is impossible to figure out why deja-dup isn't working without knowing what version is really installed.
