Description of problem: When creating a systemd timer unit file for aide, the SELinux policy for systemd does not allow execution of aide_exec_t or transition to aide_t. Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): selinux-policy-targeted-3.14.1-47.fc28.noarch aide-0.16-5.fc28.x86_64 How reproducible: Every time. Steps to Reproduce: 1. Create aide.service and aide.unit (will attach) 2. Execute 'systemctl start aide.service' 3. Enjoy AVC errors in the audit logs. Actual results: AVC errors for executing or running aide as a unit file. Expected results: AIDE should be running a timer and reporting results on a schedule. Additional info:

This message is a reminder that Fedora 28 is nearing its end of life. On 2019-May-28 Fedora will stop maintaining and issuing updates for Fedora 28.
