Description of problem:

Facing an issue while loading VM details from service in the self-service portal.

Version-Release number of selected component (if applicable): 5.9.4

How reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:

1. connect to CloudForms self-service view: 
https://<my_cloudforms>/self_service 

2. Go to my services 

3.choose a service and click on it to show the service details. 

4. From the service, details show the VM details 

Actual results:

Error: There was an error loading the VM details. Refer to loading_data_error.png

Expected results:

VM details should be loaded with timelines...

Please assess the impact of this issue and update the severity accordingly.  Please refer to https://bugzilla.redhat.com/page.cgi?id=fields.html#bug_severity for a reminder on each severity's definition.

If it's something like a tracker bug where it doesn't matter, please set the severity to Low.
