Description of problem:
Need framework for Dashboard to use https://bugzilla.redhat.com/show_bug.cgi?id=1649620 and provide graphical interface way of kicking off migration from FileStore to BlueStore and monitor progress.

This is dependant on the Ansible Playbook.
