The change is already part of openstack-tempest-19.0.0-0 package, which is available in the latest puddles and also in the latest symlink.

The required change which fixes the issue is included in the Fixed in version package: openstack-tempest-19.0.0-0.20180914114331.8316f96.el7ost

According to our records, this should be resolved by openstack-tempest-19.0.0-0.20180914114331.8316f96.el7ost.  This build is available now.
