Description of problem:
When I try to click "Subscribe" after providing email id and Name for any mailing lists under lists.gluster.org. I get a "Secure Connection Failed" error page

How reproducible:
Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go to https://lists.gluster.org
2. Select any mailing list.
3. Click on "Subscribe"

Actual results:
Failed to proceed with "Secure Connection Failed"

Expected results:
Should proceed with 'confirmation request mail sent' page.

After discussing with Anoop on irc, I disabled the filter for now, out automated deployment should place it again. The IP I found in the log correspond to vodaphone.in and is in 5 BL on https://www.dnsbl.info/ at the moment, including the one we use. 

So we have 2 things:
- fix the error reporting (as it was working before, I guess something broke)
- maybe disable the filter, since we do not seems to have been hit with spam wave like in the past, and we can turn it on quite fast if needed.
