Description of problem:
Temporarily remove metrics role from host deploy so it will not break oVirt alpha release for missing Fluentd Package,

Should test that metrics doesn't break the upgrade to 4.3.0.
Metrics should still run on already installed hosts, but should not run on host deploy.
